1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an IoTouch Gateway, deploying our sensors, or accessing the IoTouch Portal, you agree to these terms. Our mission is to provide you with Mastery over your environment; these rules ensure the system remains reliable for everyone.

2. Hardware & Software Use

The IoTouch Hub is your physical property. However, the firmware and Portal software are licensed to you. You are free to explore your data, but you may not reverse-engineer the core proprietary software or use it to engage in illegal activities.

3. Subscription & Flexibility

Our subscriptions are designed for Freedom. You may upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time via the Portal. Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. If you cancel, your data will be retained according to your previous tier's retention policy before being permanently deleted.

4. Monitoring Responsibilities

Because "improvements start with monitoring and measuring," you are responsible for the placement and maintenance of your sensors. IoTouch provides the data, but the Control and action taken based on that data are solely your responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we engineer our UK-built hardware for industrial-grade reliability, IoTouch is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data resulting from hardware misuse, environmental extremes exceeding spec, or network failures outside of our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
